ஆசிரியர் ஒருவர் பாடம் நடத்திக் கொண்டிருந்தார்.

500 ரூபாய் நோட்டை எடுத்து மாணவர்களிடம் காட்டியவர்,

''இந்தப் பணம் வேண்டும் என்பவர்கள் கையை உயர்த்தலாம்!'' என்றார்.

ஏறக்குறைய எல்லோரும் கையை உயர்த்தினர். பிறகு,

அந்த ரூபாய் நோட்டைச் சுருட்டி- கசக்கிய ஆசிரியர்,

அதை உயர்த்திப் பிடித்து மீண்டும் கேட்டார்:

''யாருக்கு இது வேண்டும்?'' இப்போதும் எல்லோரும் கையை உயர்த்தினர்.

ஆசிரியர், ரூபாய் நோட்டை மேலும் கசக்கினார்.

பிறகு, மிகவும் அழுக்கடைந்த அந்த ரூபாய் நோட்டை விரித்துப் பிடித்தபடி,

''யாருக்காவது இது வேண்டுமா?'' என்று கேட்டார்.

இந்த முறையும் அனைவரும் கையை உயர்த்தினர். ` இப்போது அந்த ஆசிரியர் சிரித்தபடி கூறினார்:

''முதல் முறை நான் காட்டிய புத்தம் புதிய நோட்டின் மதிப்பு ஐநூறு ரூபாய்.

நோட்டை சுருட்டிக் கசக்கினாலும் கீழே போட்டு அழுக்காக்கியபோதும்

அதன் மதிப்பு சற்றும் குறையவில்லை. `

இதுபோன்றே நமது வாழ்க்கையும்.

சோதனைகள், துன்பங்கள், இழப்புகள், தோல்விகள், அவமானங்கள் என்று

எவ்வளவு கசப்பான அனுபவங்கள் ஏற்பட்டாலும் நமது உண்மையான மதிப்பு

ஒருபோதும் குறைவதில்லை. இந்த உண்மையை உணர்ந்தால்,

அதுவே ஒரு பெரிய தூண்டுகோலாகி... எந்த நிலையில் இருந்தாலும் தளராமல் உழைத்து,

தடைகளைத் தாண்டி நாம் முன்னேற உதவும்!'' ` சுய மதிப்பும், தன்னம்பிக்கையுமே குறிக்கோள்களை நோக்கி 

நம்மை ஊக்குவிக்கும் பெரும் தூண்டுகோல்கள் ஆகும்.

அன்பு மட்டுமே இந்த உலகை நிற்காமல் ஓட வைக்கும்

அது ஒரு விளையாட்டு மைதானம். 8 சிறுவர், சிறுமிகள், வரிசையாக நின்று கொண்டு இருந்தார்கள். அவர்கள் ஒரு ஓட்டப்பந்தயத்திற்காக தயாராகி கொண்டிருந்தனர்.

ரெடி, ஸ்டிடி, கோ விளையாட்டு துப்பாக்கியின் சத்தம் கேட்டு குழந்தைகள் ஓட தொடங்கினர்.
ஒரு 15 அடி சென்று இருப்பார்கள். அவர்களில் ஒரு குழந்தை திடிரென்று கீழே விழுந்தது.
அடிபட்ட காரணத்தால் அந்த குழந்தை அழ ஆரம்பித்தது.
ஏதோ சத்தம் வரவே ஓடி கொண்டிருந்த அணைத்து குழந்தைகளும் திரும்பி பார்த்தனர்.
பின்னர் அந்த குழந்தையை நோக்கி ஓடி வந்தனர்.
அதில் ஒரு குழந்தை கீழே குனிந்து அவள் நெற்றியில் முத்தமிட்டு கேட்டது.
"இப்போ வலி போயிடிச்சா"
அதை பார்த்த மற்ற குழந்தைகளும் அவளை முத்தமிட்டனர்.

பின்னர் எல்லோரும் அந்த குழந்தையை தூக்கிணார்கள்.
பின்னர் அந்த குழந்தையை தூக்கியவாறே வெற்றி இலக்கை நோக்கி ஓடிணார்கள்.
அதை பார்த்த விழா குழுவினரும்,பார்வையளர்களும் அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்தனர்.

எல்லோர் கண்களிலும் கண்ணீர். அந்த பரவசத்தால் எழுந்து நின்று கை தட்டி

பாரட்டிணார்கள். கண்டிப்பாக அந்த ஒலி கடவுளுக்கும் கேட்டு இருக்கும்.
ஆமாம். இது உண்மை. இது நடந்தது வேறு எங்குமில்லை.

நம் இந்தியாவில், அதுவும் ஹைதராபாத்தில் நடந்த உண்மை.
அந்த விழாவை நடத்தியது மனநலம் குன்றியவர்களுகான தேசிய நிறுவனம்.
அதில் கலந்து கொண்ட குழந்தைகள் மனநலம் குன்றியவர்கள்.
ஆம். அவர்கள் மனதால் குன்றியவர்கள்.
ஆனால் குணத்தால்..?
இதிலிருந்து அவர்கள் உலகத்திற்க்கு சொல்வது என்ன?
மனித ஒற்றுமை..!! மனித நேயம்..!!
மனித சமத்துவம்..!!
வெற்றி பெற்ற மக்கள், தன்னை விட தாழ்ந்தவர்களுக்கு உதவிட வேண்டும். அப்போதுதான் அவர்கள் தாழ்வு மனபான்மைக்கு ஆளாக மட்டார்கள்.
நம்மில் பலர் இதை செய்வதில்லை.
ஏன்?
அன்பு மட்டுமே இந்த உலகை நிற்காமல் ஓட வைக்கும்

மரம் வெட்டும் வேலை பார்க்கும் ஒரு தொழிலாளி அந்த நிறுவனத்தின் முதலாளியைப் பார்க்கப் போனான்.

. ""என்ன வேண்டும்?'' என்று அவர் கேட்டார். ""எனக்கு நியாயம் வேண்டும்'' என்றான்
தொழிலாளி. ""ஏன் உனக்கு அநீதி இழைக்கப்படுகிறதா?'' என முதலாளி கேட்டார்.
.
""ஆமாம். 5 ஆண்டுகளாக நான் இங்கே மரம் வெட்டிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறேன். ஆனால் நான் 

வாங்கும் சம்பளத்தைவிட 2 மடங்கு சம்பளத்தை 6 மாதத்திற்கு முன்பு வந்த ஒரு
தொழிலாளிக்குக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறீர்கள். இது என்ன நியாயம்?'' என்று கேட்டான்.
. ""அவன் ஒரு நாளில் நிறைய மரம் வெட்டுகிறான். உன்னால் அப்படி வெட்ட முடியவில்லை.
நாங்கள் வேலைத் திறத்தையே பார்க்கிறோம். வேலை செய்த ஆண்டுகளை அல்ல. நீயும்
நிறைய மரம் வெட்டு. சம்பளம் தருகிறோம்'' என்றார் முதலாளி.
. ""எப்படி நிறைய மரம் வெட்டுவது? என்ன முயன்றாலும் முடியவில்லையே'' என்றான்
தொழிலாளி. ""நீ புதிதாக வந்த தொழிலாளியைப் பார். எப்படி அதிக மரம் வெட்டுவது என்று
அவனை கேள்'' என்றார் முதலாளி. . முதலாளியின் ஆலோசனையை ஏற்று அந்த பழைய தொழிலாளி, புதிய முதலாளியை
சந்தித்தான். என்னால் அதிக மரங்களை வெட்ட முடியவில்லை. உன்னால் எப்படி
முடிகிறது? அந்த ரகசியத்தை எனக்குச் சொல்வாயா? என்று பழைய தொழிலாளி கேட்டான். . இதில் ரகசியம் ஒன்றும் இல்லை. ஒவ்வொரு மரத்தை வெட்டிய பிறகும் நான் 2 நிமிடம்
வேலையை நிறுத்துகிறேன். அப்போது மரம் வெட்டும் கோடாரியை நான் கூர்மைப்படுத்திக்
கொள்கிறேன். அதற்குப் பின் அடுத்த மரத்தை வெட்டப் போகிறேன் என்று பதில்
சொன்னான் புதிய தொழிலாளி. பழைய தொழிலாளியும் அப்படியே செய்தான். நிறைய
மரங்களை வெட்டினான். நிறைய சம்பளம் பெற்றான்.

. நீதி: எந்தத் தொழிலை நீங்கள் செய்கிறீர்களோ அதற்காக புதிய உத்திகளுடன் உங்களைத் தகுதிப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Anger is short-lived madness

While a man was polishing his new car, his 4 yr old son
picked up stone & scratched lines on the side of the car.

In anger, the man took the child's hand & hit it many times, not
realizing he was using a wrench.

At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple
fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he
asked 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?'

The man was so hurt and speechless, he went back to his car and kicked
it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions...... sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches, The child had written
"LOVE YOU DAD"

The next day that man committed suicide..

Anger and Love have no limits, Choose the latter to have a beautiful & lovely life..Things are to be used and people are to be loved,But the problem in today's world is that,
People are used and things are loved...
